Breaking Borders Through Art

By bringing together 100 artists with 100 refugees and asylum seekers to collaborate on creative projects, producing pieces of art, the Breaking Borders Through Art project deconstructs prejudices and erroneously preconceived notions, creates empathy and encourages personal relationships. Through the exhibition of the various pieces, the intention is to create an open and unprejudiced dialogue about who the migrants are, why they leave their country, the dangerous crossings and conditions they are subjected to, and how we can help. Above all, we give them the opportunity to tell their own stories, serving only as a platform that only aims to expand their voices. So, we want to fight for them, and more importantly, with them.
